This was a major renovation and remodel in the Bonnie Brae neighbor. The client was a real estate investor doing a fix and flip. The entire main level of the home was reconfigured with two new additions to the front/side of the house and one on the back. The basement was also finished with two new egress windows and other improvements were a covered patio and new oversized two-car detached garage.
